First Chino Logistics Center Designed by Ware Malcomb Now Complete

IRVINE, Calif. - June 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Leading Design firm Ware Malcomb is proud to announce design and construction are now complete for First Industrial Realty Trust Inc.’s new First Chino Logistics Center located at 6185 Kimball Avenue in Chino, California.

Ware Malcomb provided architectural services for the 300,000 square foot shell building with 5,000 square feet of interior tenant improvements. The project was designed using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and consists of 46 loading docks, two drive-in bays, 32-foot clear heights, and industrial trailer parking.

The building is currently leased by a specialty beverage retailer and supplier as its U.S. headquarters housing its offices, production, distribution and service centers.
