Lothian Buses Goes Live with Trapeze Employee Self-Service System

Oct. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Edinburgh-based Lothian Buses has gone live with Trapeze's DAS-Web; an intuitive self-service module which simplifies internal communications and improves the efficiency of the traffic office. The system reduces interruptions to the traffic office by enabling employees to view their own data (including timesheets and holiday balances) and submit requests (e.g. duty swaps and holiday applications) via a convenient web interface. DAS-Web integrates seamlessly with Trapeze's existing DAS (Duty Allocation System) and is entirely web-based, so employees can log in whenever and wherever they choose.

Lothian Buses has been a client for over twenty years and today has more than 1,500 drivers in its employment. Lothian staff have already seen noticeable improvements in internal communications with the recent introduction of DAS-Web. Sarah Boyd, Head of Operations (Bus) at Lothian Buses said, "We are very happy with the new system.
