Humanist Learning Systems to offer 2 HRCI approved courses

BRADENTON, Fla. - Oct. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Humanist Learning Systems is offering 2 HRCI approved 1 hour online courses. Both courses teach the application of operant conditioning and behavioral psychology to common workplace problems.

The first course is “Why is Change so Hard?” This course teaches how to utilize behavioral psychology techniques to help overcome resistance to change in yourself and in others.

The second course is “Ending Harassment and Retaliation in the Workplace”  This course teaches the science behind why retaliation occurs and what research has shown works to get it to stop.

Both courses are taught by Jennifer Hancock, one of the top Humanist writers and speakers in the world today and the author of The Bully Vaccine. Each course has been approved for 1  (General) recertification credit hour toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.   Note: This is not an endorsement by the HR Certification Institute of the quality of the program. It means that this program has met the HR Certification Institute’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit.

These online courses are being hosted by Humanist Learning Systems and feature video lessons, handouts, lecture notes and additional materials. Participants will have access to Ms. Hancock to ask questions and receive feedback on the material in the course.
