SAN FRANCISCO - Nov. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- The acquiring of the Skilled Nursing Facility expands the presence of the Investment Group in Northern California.  The transaction consummated in a sales leaseback agreement with Meridian Foresight, the current operator, continuing to operate the facility on a triple net basis.
