ASPEN Rhoads Research Fndn. Awards over $100K to Support Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism Research

SILVER SPRING, Md. - Dec. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- The American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN) Rhoads Research Foundation today announces that it will be awarding more than $100,000 to promising clinical nutrition and metabolism research.

In 1994, ASPEN recognized the need to fund exceptional scientific research projects submitted by early-career investigators of nutrition therapy, metabolic support, and related clinical nutrition topics, and the ASPEN Rhoads Research Foundation was formed. Since that time, the Foundation has provided over $1.2 Million to emerging researchers.

For 2014, five large (four up to $25,000, and one up to $16,600) and two small (up to $5,000) grants are being awarded to the following investigators:

Large Grants
