GPE Closes Transaction on 64,375 SF Industrial Building in Phoenix

PHOENIX - Dec. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- GPE Commercial Advisors, one of the oldest privately owned commercial real estate firm in Arizona, secured the sale of a 64,375 square foot, 6.95 Acre property at 4039 East Raymond Street in Phoenix. The property sold for $2,895,000.

Built in 1974, the property was most recently occupied by River of Life Church. The new owner purchased the property for investment purposes and intends to reposition the property for lease up.

Bret Isbell, Senior Vice President of GPE Commercial Advisors represented the seller, Goldstar Trust Company. Ken McQueen of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, Avalon Pacific-Santa Ana, L.P..
