Kenny Dewan & MondayOne Welcomes David Hunnewell

IRVINE, Calif. - Dec. 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Commercial real estate developer MondayOne is pleased to welcome David Hunnewell as the firm’s new Vice President of Capital Formation. In this new role David will be responsible for working with Accredited Investors for new MondayOne projects.

“David has a wealth of financial services and investments expertise,” states MondayOne CEO Kenny Dewan, “including 28 years of experience in the financial services industry as a consultant and registered investment advisor. Needless to say, we are very excited to have him on board as part of the MondayOne team.”

In 2011 David founded the Private Investment Reserve, LLC, an organization dedicated to bringing investors and investment providers together in an unusually synergistic manner. One of the organization’s core principles dovetails very well with MondayOne’s philosophies: By developing investments in an environment based on fairness, ethics and transparency, the likelihood of attaining a high degree of success for everyone involved is greatly increased.

Prior to founding the Private Investment Reserve, LLC, David was the President of Centurion Capital Management, an investment advisory firm serving high net worth individuals, and an Investment Executive with Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. During his employment in the financial services sector David was responsible for the organization of a mutual fund as well as the formation of another registered investment advisory firm.

The early part of David’s career was spent as President and CEO of a New England-based wholesale firm specializing in the distribution of hand and power tools. He was educated at Babson College and holds both Stock Broker and Investment Advisor licenses. David and his wife reside in Newport Beach, California.
