Nephew of USAFact CEO Matthew Davidson Wins MVP Award From the All Star Futures Game

It has been an incredible week for the minor league prospect. Not only did he win the MVP award at the All Star Futures Game in New York, but he also delivered in front of a hometown crowd in Reno, Nev. in the AAA All Star Home Run Derby. Davidson drove four home runs in the final round after a grueling late night flight across the country to win the home run hitting contest.

“He has an amazing talent for baseball and his prospects with the Arizona Diamondbacks is very bright,” Davidson said. “I am very excited to see where his career will take him.”

Davidson was drafted in the first round in 2009 by the Arizona Diamondbacks, taken 35^th overall. Scouts believe that he will be called up to the major leagues sometime this season.
