It provides the ability to easily generate wav and pcap files for all calls. As a result, it helps LogicTree’s system administrators analyze calls and understand problems quickly. “VoIPmonitor allows us to better analyze call quality and gives us greater insight into the way users use our IVR systems,” said LogicTree’s VP of Operations Christina Savage. “This tool provides our hosted clients with additional value—speeding up troubleshooting time and providing root cause analysis,” she said. In addition to VoIPmonitor, LogicTree also uses a custom-built list call application. This application provides a front-end GUI to clients so they can see both system and user utterances and identify IVR trends. Combined with VoIPmonitor, hosted clients have further insight into their IVR systems. "IVR will always be an important tool in transit information services. As voice recognition continue to improve, so does our value. We are thrilled with our investment in Logictree," says Daniel Frydenlund, Chairman of The Stage Fund and restructuring CEO of Logictree. LogicTree, LLC is a software company based out of Denver, CO and owned by The Stage Fund, a private equity group that turned around the company, restored client confidence, and will propel the company with an innovative future for the IVR and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) industry.
