The 3,436 square foot property, located at 4571-75 Bancroft Street, San Diego, CA 92116, was purchased by Impact Partners, LLC for $925,000. The property consisted of a 2Br/1Ba remodeled craftsman home and two newer 3Br/2Ba Townhomes built in 1991. There were 2 garages and 7 parking spaces.

The sellers, Gary and Celeste Taylor, were represented by Terry Taylor of ACI Apartments, and the buyer was represented by Terry Taylor of ACI Apartments. The loan amount was $725,000 carried back by the Seller. Escrow was handled by Patty Hopper of Oakwood Escrow. Ticor Title was the Title Company.
