The seller, Incepcion Mia, LLC, was represented by Terry Taylor of ACI Apartments, and the buyer was also represented by Terry Taylor of ACI Apartments. The Buyer paid all cash for the deal. Escrow was handled by Teresa McElaney of Chicago Title Company. Dennis Alviso of Chicago Title Company handled Title.

The property consisted of 1 Retail space and 3 apartments in the rear of the property built in 1957. Two of the units were rehabbed by the buyer during escrow. This is an excellent location in the heart of the downtown district of Chula Vista.
