Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented Evans Family Living Trust, which was an estate represented by William J. Maxam, trust attorney. This transaction is the fourth that William J. Maxam has done with Terry Moore. The buyer was represented by Cristina Munteanu of PacBLU.
