Oconomowoc Youth Football Names 2015 Head Coaches

OCONOMOWOC, Wis. - April 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Oconomowoc Youth Football (OYF) has announced its 2015 head coaches for all four grades.   The 2015 class consists of several returning head coaches, headlined by Larry Williams (8 Bandits Purple) and Tim Nelson (8 Bandits Gold) both returning for their current teams' final season.

This year's class also includes three new head coaches for the upcoming season.  Eric Hamme (5 Bandits Gold) and Dave Wall (5 Bandits Purple) both have a strong history of coaching and leadership and will bring their skills to OYF.  In addition, Tony Baker (7 Bandits Purple) who has been an assistant coach within OYF the past six seasons moves into a head coach role.

"Our committee conducted thorough interviews and I believe we have a great group of coaches who are first and foremost concerned with the safety and well-being of the youth in our organization" said Brian Wraalstad, Director of Player and Coach Development.  "In addition, each of our coaches are great teachers and will focus on skill development to prepare our players for future seasons in OYF  and Oconomowoc High School."

There are three head coaches from 2014 who are not returning.   Wraalstad and Andrew Mikulak  both coached eighth grade teams and Craig Finger coached the 6 Bandits White team.    "I wish to thank Craig Finger for his service to the youth in our program and know Craig will continue to be involved in our organization as we move forward."

The 2015 head coaches for OYF are:

8th Grade - Tim Nelson (Gold); Larry Williams (Purple)
7th Grade - Joe Busateri (Black); Sal Sorrentino (Gold); Tony Baker (Purple)
6th Grade - Jesse Pilachowski (Gold); Tim Tower (Purple)
5th Grade - Dave Wall (Gold); Eric Hamme (Purple)

Oconomowoc Youth Football begins its 2015 season with equipment handout on August 9, with practice beginning August 10.   All teams open their 2015 season on Saturday September 12.
