WINNIPEG, Manitoba - June 10, 2015 - PRLog -- The team at Imperial Properties is pleased to announce that President and CEO Adrian Schulz has been elected to a two-year term as vice president of the FIABCI World Council of Managers.

The council focuses on two main sectors of property management: residential and commercial. It places a particular emphasis on condominium management, as the number and proportion of condo properties continues to grow throughout the world. The World Council of Managers aims to enhance the level of experience exchange among condo property managers and help them meet the demands of an increasingly global market.

"It is a true honor to be elected to serve with the World Council of Managers, a very important global organization that helps promote and expand the role of property managers worldwide," said Schulz. "This is a group that has some ambitious goals for the future, and I look forward to playing a key role in helping the council assist and collaborate with property management professionals across the globe."

The World Council of Managers is part of FIABCI, the international real estate federation. In the long term, the council aims to establish a robust information database and educational tools for property managers, partner with local and global professional real estate associations and raise the awareness and prestige of property management as a career field.
