June 19, 2015  (Fountain Valley, CA)—Off the Streets - Huntington Beach has selected the ComLine Group (www.comlinegroup.com) to handle media relations for the nonprofit’s program to help eligible homeless get into permanent housing.

“We are excited to be working with The ComLine Group to increase the community’s awareness of our program to assist eligible homeless to get off the streets and into housing that they can sustain,” said Larry Burns, President of Off the Streets - Huntington Beach.

Off the Streets - Huntington Beach (www.offthestreetsnow.com/hb) was established in June 2014 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity to help qualified homeless people secure permanent housing by working with them to establish budgets, find housing that fits their budget and then pays the security deposit to the landlord on behalf of those that the organization is helping.  Off the Streets will also help furnish the new housing with furniture based on the needs of those being helped and the furniture available at the time.

“This is a tremendous organization that has helped a lot of people in a short amount of time.  Since they began in the middle of 2014 until now they have helped nearly 100 people get off the streets and into permanent housing.  We are excited to be able to help them increase community awareness of who they are and what they do so they can increase donations, volunteer help and the number of people they are ultimately able to help get into housing,” said Rick Billings, Principal of the ComLine Group.
