ZYD-M mobile protable Transformer oil purification plant is used for transformer oil dehydration and transformer oil degasification and vacuum filling oil to transformer, remove impurities from oil as well as other electrical insulating liquids such as silicone fluids. The ZYD-M Process is able to increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength and includes the removal of free and soluble water, free and dissolved air and gases and particulate matter. The standard ZYD-M system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers).

According to fieldwork requirement, this machine equips the car wheels, which can be easy to move to any work point by traction. It is special suitable for purifying the transformer oil which locate in different fields. This machine can recover the seriously transformer oil. The treated transformer oil can reuse again in transformer.

We offers a variety of flow rates and options to suit every customer's requirements. Optional features offered are conventional Fuller's Earth filter(s) or column(s) for acidity and color rectification.

In addition, We offers High Vacuum Degasification/Purification System to treat cable oils as well as for many other applications outside of the electrical industry, such as for electronic and radar equipment, vacuum pump sealing oils, brake fluids and refrigeration oils.

Performance:

In a single pass through the purifier at a full flow rate:

Water Removal: From 50 ppm down to less than 5 ppm in a single pass & down to 3 ppm after two passes. (According to the PPM Tester)

Gas Removal: From fully saturated with air (10% to 12% by volume) down to less than 0.1% by volume.

Particulate Matter Removal: 98% of particles over 0.5mm or over 1 mm or over 5mm at customers preference.

Dielectric Strength: Improve dielectric strength up to 75-80KV for New oil.
