Oconomowoc Youth Football and Aurora Health Care Extend and Expand Partnership

OCONOMOWOC, Wis. - July 9, 2015 - PRLog -- Oconomowoc Youth Football has renewed their partnership with Aurora Health Care for the 2015 football season.   This partnership provides a certified athletic trainer at every OYF home game in the 2015 season as well as attendance at practices on a weekly basis.   Furthermore, Aurora is now providing a free athletic injury evaluation at their Summit clinic for any players referred to a physician by an OYF coach.

"We could not be more thrilled to announce the renewal of our long-standing partnership with Aurora Health Care." said Gary Wipperman, president of Oconomowoc Youth Football.  "For several years Aurora has been providing us experienced professionals who care for the youth in our program and treat athletic injuries on the field for the Bandits players as well as our guests from other football programs.  We are fortunate to have an outstanding partnership with Aurora.  I would like to thank Tyler Siltie and Rebecca Sousa from Aurora for their service to our program and the youth in our community."

"Our partnership with Aurora is a critical piece of our continued focus on the safety of our players.  I wish to thank Ben Schwandt, OYF Player Safety Coach, for leading the initiative to renew this partnership and his continued focus on the safety of the children in our program."
