The charming property which is located two blocks north of El Cajon Boulevard consisted of 3 structures totaling 2,333 square feet on a 6,250 square foot lot. 4561-4565 Altadena Ave was purchased by David Ramsey for $772,000. The property traded at a 3.94 Cap and a 15.4 GRM.

The seller, Joseph and Cathy Nagy were represented by Brian Raynoha at Apartment Consultants and the buyer was represented by Bill Shafer of Properties in Paradise. Escrow was efficiently handled by Teresa McElaney and her team, title was handled by Jamie Nalley both of Chicago Title.
