Bruno brings over 25 years of business experience in sales, marketing, customer service, general management, and has led acquisitions of several US and Philippines BPOs. He was also one of the original founders of a China based contact centre outsourcer, and oversaw more than 6,000 employees and operations in Asia, North and Central America. “I’m looking forward to leading 24-7 Intouch through the expansion of their global footprint”, said Bruno. “This is a natural next step for our company, and I know they’ll be a great fit in Manila”. The new Manila based facility will be 40,000 square feet and will emulate the corporate culture, client branding and design of 24-7 Intouch’s current sites. “Opening this additional facility in the Philippines will allow us to better serve our current customers, and help new customers who we haven’t been able to service before”, says Greg Fettes. “We’re excited to bring our unique 24-7 Intouch work environment to the Philippines” The facility is set to open in May, 2016.
