Formerly a political press secretary and high tech company marketing director, Kim began her real estate career shortly after relocating to Durham in 2005. Her success in buying and selling personal real estate in the Washington, DC area prompted her decision to enter the industry. “Buying and selling a home is more complicated than many people realize,” says Kim. “For most, it’s the largest purchase they’ll ever make. It’s important to have excellent guidance throughout the process. My primary areas of specialty include working with historic home buyers and sellers, first time buyers, and relocating buyers. My personal experience in relocation and the fact that I own a historic home are helpful in these areas.”
