"Until recently, our Fresno headquarters facility only stocked mud flap hanger products produced there. Now in Fresno we also carry 120 of the most popular fender part numbers made at our ISO9001 quality certified facility in Canfield, Ohio facility," said Ed Powderly, vice president of sales, BettsHD. "As a result, West Coast customers now have quicker access to quarter, tandem, half and full tandem fenders, mounting bracket kits, and installation hardware which includes aluminum, galvanized, poly and stainless steel materials."

Powderly says East Coast customers also benefit because the Canfield facility now stocks a full complement of bar type and spring loaded hangers, the company's patented DirectFlex^® System products, conspicuity solutions and full-line availability of BettsHD fenders.

"This customer-centric strategy positions us to offer our customers one point of shipment, reduced lead times and when required, favorable freight costs," explained Powderly.

Powderly says the company is pleased that customers across the U.S. can conveniently be serviced out of either BettsHD warehouse for all four of its product lines. "Customers have already reported receiving delivery orders inasmuch as five days earlier and when emergency orders need fulfillment, freight expenses are considerably less," said Powderly.
