Follow on Google News | $55 Million Dollars plus organizer a win for Art Rocker, received "Caveat"By: Art Rocker Art Rocker, the organizer for this movement, was jailed, beaten, misused, abused, double-crossed but never gave up for the minority businesses and the underserved communities. Art Rocker, born in a Christian family, a family of 12 with poor beginnings continued to blow his horn like his mentor who raised him, Rev. Wm. Holmes Borders, Sr. former Pastor of Wheat Street Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA. In spite of the love his mother and father had for him, they allowed him to be Borders' protégé. On August 20, 2016 in the Liberty City area of Miami, Florida; Henry Patel made the announcement to people in one of the poorest areas in America and Florida for people to make a commitment for their devastating area, Liberty City. Patel said concerning Art Rocker a " $55 Million Dollar Man," never gave up, mobilizing 1000's of people and 1000's of minority businesses including the Asian America Hotel Owners(AAHOA) Rocker humbly responded, "Henry Patel was on the right side of history with his decision to join with me. We joined together before on a situation in Florida where we were able to save over 20 million dollars on signs concerning tariff charges for the hoteliers. AAHOA has been very aggressive of hiring the legal team to receive this $55 million dollars settlement and I guarantee you they put together organizers and organizational funding for such action. I am elated to have the title of the $55 million dollar man; however, it was Ken Feinberg who was appointed by President Obama to be the Interim Czar of the BP Claims settlement, who appointed ME to organize the underserved. He had a concern and a passion for the underserved community. Ken Feinberg believes even today that a formula will be placed for the underserved community in all resolutions and settlements in the future. Our group, Operation People for Peace is a group consisting of 10's of 1000's over the Gulf Coast Region that are still fighting for additional claims settlements from the BP Deepwater Horizon claims settlement. BP Executive's have stated that they are going to settle with this group soon, and I still have faith and hope for the future." Rocker said "Our movement now is going to be the masses; you all know I don't believe in social networking to count our people, or talk to our folks. We talk by telephone in mass numbers, and one by one privately. Our leadership is the underserved leadership of ministers and community folks." Rocker continued, "It is a fact, there is no formula for the masses of the underserved during disasters, after disasters or waiting in disasters. Therefore, this pilgrimage and journey is taking a turn very swiftly and aggressively. We are going to join and file lawsuits and take advantage of every opportunity to sue due to injustices that result in disasters. These include environmental injustice, pharmaceutical violations and injustice, medical violations and injustice, human rights injustice, educational injustice, disparities in transportation in underserved communities, housing injustice and lack of adequate funding for underserved communities. This results in injustice for underserved communities and taking our battle to the Court Systems. We are seeking restitution and monetary compensation for all violations aforementioned. I am joining with many in the Legal area to support our organization causes and bringing 100,000's in class action lawsuits and individual suits for Justice. We are now working with opportunities that can support the causes of Operation People for Peace towards these efforts of mobilizing and organizing people to file for these violations."
