Timothy Kidd Joins Partner Engineering and Science as National Client Manager

TORRANCE, Calif. - Dec. 5, 2017 - PRLog -- Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), a California-based engineering, environmental and energy consulting firm, has announced that Timothy Kidd has been hired as their newest National Client Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the national commercial real estate community, Mr. Kidd is well-versed in providing due diligence services such as ALTA and Zoning Reports, ADA and Seismic Reports, and Environmental Phase I Reports and Property Condition Assessments.

Mr. Kidd joins Partner after over ten years as a Western Regional Director at Bock & Clark. During this time, Mr. Kidd gained the majority of his experience working with numerous commercial real estate investors, attorneys, real estate investment trusts, financial institutions, and title companies around the country. At Partner, Mr. Kidd will leverage his consulting experience to support clients' risk management strategies by helping them understand, quantify, and address environmental concerns during transactions and throughout property ownership.

He can understand and anticipate client needs throughout all the phases of the due diligence process," says Partner CEO Joseph Derhake. Mr. Kidd is not only an excellent due diligence consultant, he has managed portfolios and transactional due diligence for numerous projects, some exceeding $1 billion. Over a ten-year period, for instance, Mr. Kidd assisted one of the largest healthcare REITs with ALTA and zoning reports for a variety of real estate acquisitions. Property types included senior housing, life science, medical office, and hospital buildings.

Mr. Kidd holds a Master of Management from the University of Miami after receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. He currently serves as the 2018 President Elect for the Los Angeles' Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) chapter. Mr. Kidd will work alongside the current chapter president, and assume the role of LA CREW chapter President in 2019. In addition to serving as the LA CREW Director of Communications committee for the past two years, Mr. Kidd has been involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREF C), Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, NAIOP.
