Under the watch of its Managing Director, Ms. Aurée de Carbon, the team was able to fill the position with highly qualified and passionate candidates. Christopher Devlin has been working for international NGOs for 22 years in various capacities of which 15 years of it is at senior management level. He is an accomplished and hands-on development manager that has worked on numerous sectors within the development and humanitarian field including infrastructure, woman and child rights, disability, capacity and institutional building. He has a degree in European Studies from the University of London. His expert profession has been generally on the field where he has lived or visited - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Before joining Terre des Hommes, he is the Director of Donor Relations and Development of the International Commission of Jurists, an international human rights non-governmental organization that promotes and protects human rights to develop and strengthen national and international justice systems.
