New Hires Include Maintenance Coordinator for Winnipeg Office

WINNIPEG, Manitoba - July 3, 2018 - PRLog -- Imperial Properties is pleased to announce new additions to its teams in Winnipeg and Regina. Ron Velasco has joined the Winnipeg office as its new maintenance coordinator, while Jean Klatt is the newest property administrator in the company's Regina office. Both have prior experience with Imperial Properties and are welcome re-additions to the firm.

Ron was previously a resident property manager with Imperial Properties and has 13 years of experience in numerous facets of building maintenance. In his new role, he will be responsible for various property and equipment maintenance and improvement. Ron holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology in the Philippines, and has certifications in industrial electrical, building wiring installation and maintenance, and refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics.

Jean was previously a property administrator with Imperial Properties and brings seven years of related experience to her new role in the Regina office. She will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including condominium unit owner and rental tenant services, and general administrative processes for the firm's residential properties. Jean trained at the Louis Riel Arts and Technology Centre.
