By: Park Hyatt Seoul Cornerstone offers a buffet section and a unique appetiser. Grilled ricotta garnished with shallots and rosemary, watermelon gazpacho soup, panzerotti, which is a fried pizza from Puglia, and crostini, mini toast with spicy sausage on top, are presented to capture native flavours. In addition, a variety of seafood dishes will be available. Hot dishes include Parmigiana di Melanzane and Italian pork stew Spezzatino di Maiale. During the brunch, guests can enjoy mini pass-arounds and a choice of main dishes served to the table. Pass-arounds have poached egg with provolone cheese on top, Italian chicken soup, orecchiette pasta and Tuna Steak garnished with Salmoriglio (South Italian special sauce). Main dishes include pan-fried swordfish, oven-roasted lobster, grilled lamb chop, roasted chicken and Italian steak garnished with burrata cheese. In addition, guests can enjoy a welcome drink or unlimited red and sparkling wine as well as a cup of tea or coffee to top off the end of their meal.
