River eel contains abundant amounts Vitamin A and E, iron, calcium, unsaturated fatty acid and protein that is great for enhancing physical strength, providing refreshment and even for skin care. The areas in the middle of rivers and oceans, called Pungcheon, have a variety of nutrients, less salinity and produce high quality fishery resources due to their geographic characteristics. The Timber House uses Pungcheon eels from river stream of Gochang-gun, Jeonbuk, which its own excellent fleshiness and savory flavor.

Happy hour includes eel sunomono, salad marinated with vinegar, with orange gel and ponzu sauce, eel teriyaki donburi and green tea noodle served with grilled eel. The unlimited drinks are premium Beluga vodka-based cocktails,Japanese draft beerand The Timber House house sake. Depending on guests' taste in cocktails, semi-frozen Korean blackberry daiquiri, fresh lime daiquiri, sweet peach daiquiri and classic Beluga martini are available. Happy hours operate weekdays between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM at a price of KRW 69,000 for each person (Including VAT, no service charge).

The sharing set includes a bottle of premium Beluga vodka and happy hour dishes for two people to enjoy. The Beluga Noble set is priced at KRW 380,000, and the Beluga Gold set is KRW 680,000 (including VAT, no service charge).

The eel dishes included in happy hour and a sharing set are available as à la carte from KRW 45,000. Additional yakimono will be KRW 68,000.While guests are enjoying dishes and beverages, they can enjoy music played from vinyl records and the performance of resident DJs from 7:30 PM to11:30 PM every day except Sundays.
