PRLog -- Presenting desserts to overcome the sweltering heat, Park Hyatt Seoul's The Lounge on the 24
th floor is offering its Korean Healthy Dinner set from 7 July through 22 August 2018. The five dishes included in the set features abalone, ginseng and duck, all of which contain key healthy ingredients. The dinner set is priced at KRW 90,000 per person (10% VAT included / no service charge). Especially on Sambok days, July 17 and 27, and August 16, which are the hottest days in summer season, reservations are suggested to reserve better seating.
As a starter for the five-course dinner, sour abalone will be presented. Truly exquisite, healthy dinner items include soft ginseng porridge and chicken soup (Chogyetang)
made with ginseng, garlic, ginger, sea cucumber and medicinal herbs such as milk vetch and kalopanax. For a main dish, guests get to choose from two grilled dishes: dried brown croaker with soybean paste (Doenjang) espuma sauce or duck breast with home-made Korean raspberry sauce. Dried croaker is well known of its savoury taste and gooey mouthfeel, after being preserved with solar salt in a traditional way and dried. Lastly, ice cheesecake as dessert perfectly completes the dinner with sweet and sour berries, malcha chocolate and raspberry wine espuma sauce. Moreover, an additional KRW 30,000 per person allows for two glasses of wine well-matched to each appetizer and main dish.
