SEOUL, South Korea - Aug. 17, 2018 - PRLog -- Park Hyatt Seoul's The Lounge, on the 24th floor, is offering its Meat Malbec Promotionfrom August 23 through October 7, 2018. High quality meat cuisines and Argentina's Malbec wine will be presented as a main dish. The promotion provides a fantastic combination of Terrazas Malbec, called beef wine, and meat cuisine priced at KRW 130,000. A four-course dinner will be completed with two glasses of paired Terrazas wine. At KRW 90,000 per person, guests can order asingle four-course dinner (10% VAT included / no service charge).

Terrazas, the Mendoza-area winery in Argentina, is well-known for its cultivation method, which produces perfectly balanced wine by utilizing a hilly section of the Andes Mountains. Through The Lounge's promotion, Terrazas Reserva Malbec 2016 and Terrazas Single Vineyard Las Compuertas Malbec 2014are offered. For an additional KRW 40,000, guests can enjoy wine pairing with a dinner course.For marinated beef sirloin slices, Terrazas Reserva Malbec is matched, offering a strong aroma and complex flavour.Also, the pan-fried beef tenderloin is served with Terrazas Single Vineyard Malbec to present a perfect balance of taste.

The first dish of the four-course dinner will be aged, marinated sliced beef sirloin in Terrazas Reserva Malbec with home-made pepper sauce. Sou vide pork follows with sprouts, kimchi and fried green onion. The main dish, pan-fried beef tenderloin, includes sweet potato puree, Jeju green bean foam and ginseng. For dessert, Exotic Vanilla Dom and Dulce Cream complete the course cuisine.
