TULSA, Okla. - Aug. 23, 2018 - PRLog -- Abington Cole + Ellery is currently conducting a class action investigation regarding a confirmed data security breach at national restaurant chain Cheddar's. The breach reportedly affects credit and debit cards from certain Cheddar's restaurants in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin..

A customer notice from Cheddar's (https://cheddars.com/customer-notification/) states that customers who used payment cards at Cheddar's from between approximately November 3, 2017, thru approximately January 2, 2018, may have had their information exposed.

The data security breach lasted for approximately 2 months, and breached information reportedly includes: payment card information, including payment card numbers.
