Sheryl Underwood Radio Welcomes Its 250th Affiliate-Launches Podcast & Hits the Road For HBCU Tour

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 27, 2018 - PRLog -- Sheryl Underwood Radio has reached another milestone with the addition of its 250^th radio affiliate Marcus King Presents Dash Comedy Radio in Los Angeles, CA. Since launching in 2013, Sheryl Underwood Radio has had unprecedented growth, with both domestic and international listeners. The show, fronted by entertainer, comedian, philanthropist and co-host of THE TALK Sheryl Underwood, has an estimated reach of over 14 million listeners by the combined reach of the signals strength its 250 affiliates.

Sheryl recently launched "The World According To Sheryl," the podcast of Sheryl Underwood Radio. The podcast features new content every day. Listeners can find it on Apple iTunes Podcasts.

As Labor Day approaches, Sheryl Underwood Radio will offer up "The Clean Up Woman," a crime-fighting comedy in radio and a full week of  "The Best Of Sheryl Underwood Radio" starting Labor Day.

Sheryl starts the new fall season of THE TALK on September 10, but while THE TALK is on hiatus, Sheryl stays busy doing affiliate visits and supporting Historically Black Colleges and Universities, who are offered Sheryl Underwood Radio under the auspices of Sheryl's foundation Pack Rat Foundation For Education. Erna Foushee, Executive Director of Pack Rat Foundation For Education, says, "Providing Sheryl Underwood Radio to the HBCU radio stations is one way that we support college radio and mass communications students. Traveling across the country visiting with the faculty, staff, students and alumni of our HBCUs is an important part of our outreach and engagement."

In September, Sheryl heads to the Southern Heritage Classic in Memphis, TN and the State Fair Classic in Dallas, TX. On September 21-22 she will be performing live at the Ontario Improv.

In October and November 2018, Sheryl and the Sheryl Underwood Radio Cast will visit the following Sheryl Underwood Radio affiliates. On October 5 and 6, fans can catch Sheryl in Chicago at the Chi City Comedy Jam at the Arie Crown Theater. Later in October, Sheryl will host the Langston University Scholarship Gala on Friday, October 19 and then on Saturday, October 20, she will serve as the Grand Marshall for the 2018 Langston University Homecoming Parade. On October 26 the mighty Vikings will welcome Sheryl to the campus of Elizabeth City State University for homecoming. On Friday, November 2, she heads to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff to host their 2018 Homecoming Gala. On Friday, November 9, Sheryl will be host the Voorhees College Homecoming Gala and then on Friday, November 16, Sheryl, who is a member of the Board of Trustees for Benedict College, will host the college's annual Homecoming Gala. On November 24 Sheryl joins the celebration in New Orleans at the Bayou Classic.

As Sheryl Underwood Radio continues to grow it adds new shows to its lineup, which has had an impact on the tremendous expansion of the show.
