SANDY, Utah - Nov. 6, 2018 - PRLog -- Leon Alexander is CEO and president of Eurisko Design, a comprehensive design, consulting, and distribution source servicing the salon and spa industry. He also holds a PhD in behavioral psychology and is the author of A Window into the Consumer's Mind.

Originally from London, England, Leon began his career as general manager of the Vidal Sassoon organization before acquiring and directing 320 salons and spas located mainly in the United Kingdom. Leon next launched AVD Cosmetics Ltd. and is credited with growing the company to $40 million in sales. In 2006, he launched Eurisko Design with a vision of designing space around the emotional needs of the consumer and accommodating the functionality of service. Leon has studied how customers think and act within a specific environment and he designs the locations accordingly.

Leon's educational background includes a doctorate degree in behavioral psychology from Roehampton Institute in London. He has designed and presented a wide range of educational and business courses to the retail and service industries including Why People Buy, The Ultimate Consumer Location, Creative and Lateral Thinking, A Window into the Consumer's Mind, and Neuromarketing.

Leon's primary objective is to elevate the level of thinking in the beauty industry.
