Abington Cole + Ellery is currently conducting a class action investigation regarding a confirmed data security breach of certain Bruegger's Bagels locations. The incident may have affected certain customers' payment card numbers and other information used at certain Bruegger's Bagels locations between August 28, 2018, and December 3, 2018.

A customer data breach notice from Bruegger's Bagels states that on November 28, 2018, Bruegger's Bagels identified unusual activity on its computer network. On November 30, 2018, Bruegger's Bagels was able to determine that there had been unauthorized access to some of its point of sale systems, which exposed customer data.

Bruegger's Bagels says that it believes the unauthorized activity may have allowed access to the following types of customer information: name, credit card number, credit card expiration date, and credit card security code.
