New Style Entertainment Inc Performance Season

QUEENS, N.Y. - Feb. 10, 2019 - PRLog -- Gregory L. Hudson (producer and CEO of New Style Entertainment, Inc) opens its 2019 season at Black Spectrum Theatre celebrating women in the Performing Arts. The season opener stars Natasha McCrea (from California) in her wonderful one woman play, "Evolution Of A Love Addict" April 6 & 7, 2019. The closing production stars The Indie Mom of Comedy, "Comedienne Meshelle" (from Baltimore) in her one woman play, "Diary Of A Mother I'd Love To Follow" (MILF) plays May 4 & 5, 2019.

"Evolution Of A Love Addict" is an original work that dives into relationships. It's funny, it's charming and....it's brilliant! Natasha is at her very best as she delivers a superb performance and entertains the audience from beginning to end. The scenes shifts form marriage to divorce and leaves the audience laughing, shocked, stunned and ultimately highly entertained.

"Diary Of A Mother I'd Love To Follow" (MILF) is one of the funniest and most creative plays you will ever see. Meshelle switches from different characters at the drop of a dime; each character will have you rolling on the floor. Rain Pryor (daughter of legendary comedian Richard Pryor) directed this master piece and demonstrated that when it comes to comedy...the fruit didn't fall far from the tree.

Both of these award-winning plays appeared at the inaugural Atlanta Black Theatre Festival in October 2012. Natasha  won "Best Writer" and Meshelle won "Best Overall Theatrical Experience".

In 2018, Gregory and Carl Clay (Founder of Black Spectrum Theatre) teamed up and brought playwright, Ted Johnson's play (and his brilliant cast) "In Three Days" to Black Spectrum straight from Atlanta, Ga. Once the 2019 season ends, NSE plans to expand it's productions and is currently looking to produce original works in LA, Atlanta, Chicago, Florida, and London in 2020. In 2021, NSE will be looking to produce original movies and television.
