Thomas Griesbach Joins Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. as Relationship Manager

PLANO, Texas - Oct. 29, 2019 - PRLog -- Thomas C. Griesbach, a registered environmental professional and multi-disciplinary business and engineering solutions specialist, has joined Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), an international due diligence, design and construction risk management firm headquartered in Torrance, Calif., as a Relationship Manager.

Based out of Partner's Plano, TX office, Griesbach has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and environmental industries. Boasting an impressive book of client relationships at the regional and national level, he has focused on business development and client management for a variety of commercial real estate stakeholders, including public and private equity parties; industrial, commercial, retail, and residential entities; and public agencies.

Griesbach's focus at Partner will center around his specialties in industrial hygiene, structural engineering solutions, building forensics and construction risk management services, particularly for equity and institutionally-driven deals.

For the past five years, Griesbach has been a Senior Project Manager and Client Development Specialist at a major national environmental firm, where he provided management and business development for the Building Sciences and Industrial Hygiene Group, with an emphasis on Building Envelope Consulting, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), water intrusion consulting, structural investigations, roof assessments, drawing reviews, construction risk management, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) Consulting support.

Additionally, Griesbach successfully started and maintained a due diligence staffing firm which specialized in the fulfillment of Phase I ESA projects, PCAs, report reviews and related research for consulting firms and private entities. He established a network of national accounts with notable consulting firms and private equity entities.
