Imperial Properties Partners with Nuera Insurance

WINNIPEG, Manitoba - Oct. 23, 2018 - PRLog -- Imperial Properties is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Nuera Insurance to provide discounted content and liability insurance to rental tenants, as well as supplemental insurance to condominium owners, at all of its properties.

The partnership will provide residents at Imperial Properties' residential properties, including condominium and multifamily communities, with high-quality insurance coverage for their possessions. Policies will protect against damage from fire, water, theft and accidents. Insurance will be mandatory for all new tenancy agreements at Winnipeg-area properties in Imperial Properties' management portfolio starting November 1, while the policy will take effect at the firm's Regina properties in the first quarter of 2019. Affordable policies through Nuera Insurance will also be available to existing tenants and condo owners.

Imperial Properties' tenants and condo owners with policies through Nuera will be able to take advantage of discounts with HelloFresh, GoodLife Fitness, DoorDash, The Brick, Shaw Communications and more. The company also makes charitable donations with each new policy sold to WEARTH, Raising the Roof or Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada, based on policyholders' wishes.

In addition to an exclusive discount on insurance, Imperial Properties' residents will receive email vouchers worth up to $250 in good and services upon signing up for a policy through Nuera.

Imperial Properties' tenants and condominium owners will also benefit from Nuera's partnerships with a number of technology firms, which enable the insurance provider to offer policyholders a streamlined process for procuring and maintaining coverage. Imperial Properties will be immediately notified when its residents secure coverage and renew their policies. The process is designed to be more cost-effective and convenient for all parties involved.
