Statement from Cable Pipe and Leak Detection regarding the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Outbreak

EL CAJON, Calif. - March 19, 2020 - PRLog -- We at Cable Pipe and Leak Detection services are monitoring the evolving concerns around the spread and containment of this virus. We will be fully staffed and ready to serve you. We want to provide a convenient and safe means of doing business for everyone, with special attention to those who may be in one of the high-risk categories and are looking to minimize their risk of contracting the virus. First and foremost is the health and safety of our staff and customers.

Our field technicians and office staff are keeping up to date on current guidelines and requirements from the CDC, local, and state governments. We are taking the additional steps of protecting our staff and customers even further, while still providing an essential service to our customers and our community. Here are some of the measures we have implemented:

• All employees who have reported an illness or are feeling unusually ill have been instructed to refrain from reporting to work until further notice.
• Office staff have been issued personal cleaning agents and supplies such as disinfecting wipes for their workstations. Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout the office and warehouse to encourage constant cleanliness.
• Technicians working in the field are equipped with safety materials such as latex gloves, masks, wipes, and hand sanitizer. Technicians have been instructed and are encouraged to utilize such safety gear as applicable while on the job.

Distancing is a critical component of mitigating the spread of this virus, so we ask our staff and technicians to respectfully decline contact yet be courteous and professional. This goes for interactions between company staff and customers. I'm sure most will understand. Fortunately, our work does not require very much personal interaction between customers and technicians for us to be successful in our mission to find your leak or locate your utility lines.

Leak detection and utility locating are critical components in addressing many home ownership and construction needs. We will always be here to service those needs for you in a safe, efficient, and compassionate capacity.
