By: Florida Venture Foundation "The Florida Venture Foundation has taken action to mitigate the negative impact of the pandemic on the most vulnerable youth as well as small businesses in South Florida. Educating and informing the community, providing tools and access to resources, and advocating for the health and safety of those most affected by the pandemic has been a top priority for the organization during this critical time," stated Alina Delgado, Founder. The Florida Venture Foundation has actively partnered with numerous organizations, businesses, and local governments throughout South Florida to reach the most vulnerable. From providing masks, hand sanitizer and school supplies to youth, to equipping businesses with information and directions for applying to the Paycheck Protection Program and Economic Injury Disaster Loans, to distributing turkeys to thousands for Thanksgiving, the work has not stopped. Partnering with organizations like the Latin American Business Association (LABA), the Hispanic Star Miami, Buena Vida Media, the city of Hialeah Gardens helped to expand the reach of Florida Venture Foundation exponentially.
