Ocean Bank finances HGreg Nissan Dealership

MIAMI - Dec. 16, 2021 - PRLog -- Ocean Bank announced that it provided financing of $26.7 million to HGreg Nissan Kendall, LLC, a subsidiary of HGreg USA Holdings, Inc.

The funds were used to support the refinance of the Kendall store, which the car dealer has occupied since 2019, HGreg said. The impressive property consists of a 14.28-acre site at 17305 South Dixie Highway and contains two buildings totaling 71,000 square feet.

HGreg Nissan Kendall, LLC, recently was ranked the No.1 Nissan dealership in the United States in total sales.

"HGreg is an excellent customer, and we are proud to provide additional funding for this dealership," said Ocean Bank Vice President JanCarlos Llach.
