The Institute for Excellence in Sales Names Premier Women in Sales Employer Designation Recipients

VIENNA, Va. - March 31, 2023 - PRLog -- The Institute of Excellence in Sales (IES), an organization that helps employers around the globe attract, retain, motivate, and elevate top-tier sales talent, announced the first companies to receive its new Premier Women in Sales Employer (PWISE) designation. The PWISE designation was developed to highlight companies that have a track record of attracting and retaining top tier female sales talent.

The companies achieving the designation are:

Premier Women in Sales Employers were selected by an independent panel of judges for their efforts to support the career growth of women in sales. Judging criteria included flexible work schedules, recognition programs, policies and cultures that allow women to flourish and succeed. The IES will distribute the guide to major career service organizations and recruiters as well as to universities and professional organizations serving career sales professionals.
