Tokyo NFT Art Caravan: Digital Art Displayed Along Tokyo's Central Loop Line

Ginza NFT Gallery presents the Tokyo NFT Art Caravan. This project features NFT art on digital displays along Yamanote Line, showcasing the fascination of 3D/AR art.

CHUO-KU, Japan - June 20, 2023 - PRLog -- The Ginza NFT Gallery is launching an exciting endeavour: the "Tokyo NFT Art Caravan". This project harnesses the power of large outdoor digital signage along the Yamanote Line, Tokyo's central loop line, to bring Non-Fungible Token (NFT) art directly to the city's streets.

In collaboration with a local outdoor advertising company, the Tokyo NFT Art Caravan will utilise the company's expansive outdoor vision network to display a curated selection of works from the Ginza NFT Gallery's public call for entries. These entries are global in origin, with creators from all corners of the world contributing their pieces.

Situated around the city's 'Golden' district, the Yamanote Line's strategic location provides a prime platform for promoting and sharing the beauty of the artworks showcased at the Ginza NFT Gallery. One of the project's key objectives is to highlight the immersive and interactive nature of 3D/AR experiences, effectively turning the city centre into a showcase of the world's NFT scene.

Each location hosting the large outdoor digital signage has its unique character and concept, and the displayed content will be carefully curated to resonate with these. The artworks selected will align with the respective location's concept and are chosen from the gallery's shortlisted entries.

An XPAND Code will be displayed beneath each visual. Scanning this with a smartphone enables viewers to transform the artwork into AR, making it appear before the camera and giving them the freedom to position it anywhere. This innovative feature offers a fresh and engaging way to experience NFT art while journeying through Tokyo's heart.
