Follow on Google News | Alexandra Jones receives $2500 award from Daphne Zepos Teaching EndowmentProject will focus on how climate change is impacting cheesemakers.
"It's incredibly validating and encouraging to receive this award for an issue that doesn't get as much attention as it should. The relationship between climate change and our food supply is an issue that affects literally everyone," Jones said. "This is an important topic that lives at the intersection of culture, climate, and our food systems," noted Daphne Zepos Teaching Endowment co-president, Brandi Wills. "The board of directors is excited to work with and support Alexandra over the next year."
