'KNIGHT CHILLS' Rides Out On Blu-Ray Oct. 31st!

LANSING, Mich. - Oct. 25, 2023 - PRLog -- A national panic took place many years ago over the Dungeons and Dragons craze of the 80's. TV specials talked about the mental health and sanity of the kids playing these fantasy role-playing game. It's a creative blending of math and tables with imagination to create a social game where players take on the personas of wizards, warriors, thieves and more. In the game they 'adventure' seeking treasure and defeating monsters. For many socially awkward individuals the game gave a social outlet and allowed them to participate in heroics in their imaginary life.

Collective Development Inc. was ahead of the curve when they produced their first feature film about this topic. A misfit player (John) is bullied outside the game but inside the game his mountain of a knight, Sir. Kallio does the bullying and revenge seeking, leaving a red rose for his victims. Directed by Katie Hicks, in the late 90's from a script by DJ Perry and Jeff and Juanita Kennedy. The film has developed a following over the years having been released around the world. It has spawned a novel by David Hayes and even fan art by Tom Miller featured in the new release.

The film has been digitally remastered to HD Blu Ray with many added extras including a great documentary film talking about Knight Chills place in the pantheon of game changing films. The film had a special slipcover release with Saturn Core/Vinegar Syndrome selling out in 6 days.  Now the Blu-Ray will release wide at Amazon and many retailers on Oct 30/31^st, 2023.
