Follow on Google News | WENU Presents "Women on Wheels" & Vendor Fair Celebrating Black Female Owned Trucking CompaniesBy: Women Entrepreneurship Network United The "Women on Wheels"/Vendor Fair will feature an array of vendors from various industries, a panel discussion, and a distinguished guest speaker. Our mission for this event is to showcase and support women who are paving the way in entrepreneurship, business expansion, business credit, financial freedom, and independent ownership. This year's event is especially significant as we shine a spotlight on black female-owned trucking companies. Deberah Williams, co-founder of WENU, shared her enthusiasm, saying, "We are very excited to host a vendor fair that not only supports minority female businesses but highlights a trending business industry that has historically lacked diversity." In addition to business vendors, attendees will hear from several owners of women trucking companies. Cynthia Harper, founder of C Harper Services Enterprise, LLC, and creator of My Favorite Charities (MFC), will serve as keynote speaker. Moderator of the event will be Seretha Willingham, founder and CEO of SJW Logistics; and featured panelists include Ambitious Amputee and author, Lawrisa "Genesis" Harris, Valerie Hamilton, owner of Harbor Farme Enterprises LLC, Anjanee Polk, Managing Member of Majestic Facility Clean up and Latish Bryant, owner of Allegiant Legacy- Interstate Commerce Transportation & Logistics Management Expert. WENU is a non-profit established in 2019 by co-founders Deberah Williams and Lettie Hill with a mission to educate the growth of female entrepreneurs by providing the business resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities needed to achieve success.
