CINCINNATI - Sept. 16, 2024 - PRLog -- Twenty-two high-achieving African American leaders representing business, healthcare, non-profit, and government sectors will spend the next 10 months completing an immersive and experiential curriculum designed to enhance their leadership skills and position them for future success within their organizations.

AALDP is the most highly regarded professional development opportunity and networking platform for African American professionals in Greater Cincinnati. Through 10 interactive sessions led by nationally recognized expert facilitators, participants increase their awareness of their professional and personal strengths, enhance their knowledge of critical community issues and grow their leadership skills. The program provides an overview of Cincinnati's rich cultural history, power and influence, government, advocacy and economics framed in Black history and perspective.

"The League is proud to continue it's tradition of helping African American leaders develop their personal and professional skills, connect with one another and learn how they can further contribute to the success of the community as well as their companies," said Christie Kuhns, President and CEO of the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio and a graduate of Class 29. "Graduates of AALDP continue to go on to great leadership roles across the city and many site their AALDP experience as being the catalyst for their desire to do more."
