City of Sarasota Honors the Junior League of Sarasota with Find the Good Day Proclamation

SARASOTA, Fla. - Nov. 21, 2024 - PRLog -- The Junior League of Sarasota proudly received a proclamation from the City of Sarasota on September 16, 2024, to recognize its long-standing contributions to the local community. The proclamation was presented during a special ceremony as part of the Association of Junior Leagues International's (AJLI) Find the Good Day, a global celebration that shines a spotlight on the positive impact of Junior Leagues worldwide.

Now in its second year, Find the Good Day brings together more than 295 Junior Leagues to honor their collective efforts to improve lives and communities. The Junior League of Sarasota joined the celebration with the City of Sarasota's proclamation, which highlighted the League's dedication to education, family support, and community development initiatives.

Katie Cianfaglione, Vice President of Community for the Junior League of Sarasota, expressed her heartfelt gratitude during the ceremony: "This proclamation is a testament to the incredible work of our members and their commitment to making a lasting difference in Sarasota. We are deeply honored to have our contributions recognized on such a special day, and we couldn't have done it without the support of our community members, media outlets, and stakeholders.
