New Pediatric and Autism Panel to Coincide with Energetix BioEnergetic College Event

May 13, 2011 - PRLog -- On May 13, 2011, practitioners from around the country will be sharing their success stories as well as professional expertise and experiences about autism spectrum disorders during an evening BioEnergetic Pediatric and Autism Panel.  Brought together by a mutual interest in holistic health, including bioenergetic medicine, cranial-sacral therapy, homotoxicology, homeopathy, and nutrition; they represent pioneers in their respective fields.

The popular event will include practitioners from the Energetix College of BioEnergetic Medicine as well as guest presenters from a broad-range of disciplines including MDs, NDs, acupuncturists, naturopaths, and chiropractors. An important feature of the College is the focus on individualized medicine, both in the sense of the practitioner‘s own individualized approach and the individualized care given to each patient.

Among the panelists at the Friday evening event is renowned board certified pediatrician, lecturer, and author Dr. Larry Palevsky. Dr. Palevsky believes in using a holistic approach to children’s wellness and illness. His “whole child” wellness philosophy is based on the innate capacity of the body to heal itself and incorporates many healing modalities. Dr. Palevsky is also co-founder and president of the Holistic Pediatric Association and past president of the American Holistic Medical Association.

• Joy Sakonyi, ND, educated at Bastyr University, works successfully with pediatrics in her clinic in Pittsburgh, PA
• Lauren Stone, PhD, provides homotoxicology services in the well-known DAN! clinic and has had great success with children on the autism spectrum
• Todd Stelik, OTR/L, HHP, is an advanced Cranial Sacral Practitioner and founder of CAB (Cranial Assessment of BioResonance)
• Michael Payne is an accomplished Autism Recovery Specialist and has worked with thousands of children all over the country
• Sheila Reid, LCSW, HHP, works successfully children affected by autism spectrum disorders
