SCC Healthcare Group Breaks Ground on The Madison Medical Resort in Odessa

Nov. 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Healthcare Group announces it has officially broken ground in Odessa on The Madison Medical Resort – a $10 million, 43,000 square foot, post-hospital recovery, skilled nursing and long-term care community.  

The Madison Medical Resort is the newest skilled nursing community to be built in Odessa and is scheduled to open in summer 2013. The project will create 150 new jobs with an annual payroll of approximately $5 million.  

From hotel-style recovery suites to large flat screen televisions to resort-like amenities, The Madison will offer unique, comfortable surroundings that feel like home.

Various levels of physical, occupational, speech, ultrasound, electronic stimulation, wound and IV therapy provided by a seasoned team of rehabilitation professionals will be available. Admission to The Madison will be initiated by a physician, hospital social worker, or discharge planner. The primary service area will include Odessa, Midland, Monahans and surrounding communities.  

The Madison will feature large flat screen TVs and satellite access in every room, hotel-style recovery suites, leisure dining accommodations, personal laundry services, courtyard, private dining room for family functions, and available transportation.
