British-American business community celebrate Royal Birth

HOUSTON - July 25, 2013 - PRLog -- The arrival at last of Prince George, third in line to throne of England, has not only stirred excitement in the UK, but in the US. The British-American Business Council Houston will be hosting "A Royal Baby Shower" for the women of the British American business community on August 28, 6-7 pm, at the Tasting Room Uptown Park.

This may be the first business networking/baby shower in Houston and its all for a good cause. Attendees are asked to bring baby clothing, diapers, formula, and crib sheets or gift cards to be donated to DePelchin Children's Center in honor of the little Prince. DePelchin Children's center has served as a ray of hope for children and families for more than 120 years by providing mental health, foster care and adoption services.

No baby shower is complete without party prizes. Josephine's Day Spa will be providing some spectacluar door prizes for the event. Heavy appetizers will be provided along with a cash bar.
