The 2013 Ford Fiesta Wins Women’s World Car of the Year Award

This engine actually won 2013 International Engine of the Year at Engine Expo 2013 in Stuttgart, Germany.

Unfortunately, the 1.0L EcoBoost engine has not yet been made available in the United States yet, so mileage ratings are not available. Ford claims that it should be the most efficient conventionally powered vehicle on the road.
